Apotheke NoMad is a bi-level cocktail lounge located at 9 West 26th Street in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood, representing the expansion of the acclaimed Apotheke brand beyond its original Chinatown location. The venue embodies an "ancient future" aesthetic inspired by Old World apothecaries and won SBID's "Best Designed Bar in America" award in 2023. The laboratory-inspired cocktail program emphasizes fresh botanical ingredients, house-made infusions, and inventive combinations. For the first time at an Apotheke location, the venue offers food including small plates and shareable dishes like caviar and dumplings, operating daily with walk-in availability.
