Devereaux was an intimate rooftop lounge located on the 18th floor of the Viceroy Chicago hotel at 1112 N State St in the Gold Coast neighborhood, offering sweeping views of Chicago's upscale waterfront district. The venue featured an enclosed bar and expansive outdoor terrace with a small pool, serving classic cocktails with a twist alongside poolside-friendly bites including tempura buffalo cauliflower, garlic fries, and gourmet cheeseburgers. Though the original Devereaux has since been reimagined as Pandan, a Southeast Asian-inspired cocktail lounge, it remains notable for its sophisticated approach to rooftop hospitality and cocktail curation that defined elevated nightlife in Chicago's premier neighborhoods.
