EAST END is a refined hotel bar located on the third floor of Hotel Proverbs, positioned at the junction of Taipei's MRT Wenhu Brown Line and Bannan Blue Line. As Taiwan's first hotel bar to achieve recognition on Asia's 50 Best Bars, it features an all-star team led by world-class bartender Hidetsugu Ueno. The bar's themed Silk Road menu contains 16 signature cocktails developed in collaboration with world cocktail champion Michito Kaneko, blending Eastern and Western spices and flavors in sophisticated creations. With a curated selection of rare craft whiskies, fine wines, and other premium beverages, EAST END operates from 2 PM to 1 AM weekdays and 2 PM to 2 AM weekends, establishing itself as a pioneering force in Taipei's cocktail renaissance.
