Hidden Bar

Hidden Bar, located in Miraflores at Pasaje Mártir Jose Olaya 129, opened in 2022 as a collaborative project focused on experimental mixology. In 2023, the bar partnered with Aaron Diaz of Carnaval Bar, who introduced the 'Modern & Classics' menu featuring creative reinterpretations of traditional cocktails. Signature drinks include the Mexican Mule infused with nachos, Piña Colada with white chocolate, Mai Tai with pistachio horchata, and Queen Park Swizzle with curry—each highlighting Peruvian ingredients in unexpected ways. The venue features industrial-style interiors with greenery on its terrace, creating an inviting space where both classic cocktails and entirely new concoctions surprise palates of all experience levels.
