Midnight Rambler is a craft cocktail lounge housed in the basement of the Joule Hotel at 1530 Main St in downtown Dallas, conceived and operated by respected bartenders Chad Solomon and Christy Pope. The underground space pairs meticulously curated design with an effortlessly cool atmosphere, featuring brass bar stools, plush leather couches, vintage furnishings, and a thoughtful curation of books, records, and art. A glowing geometric backbar and curved ceilings create a glitzy backdrop for the sophisticated crowd. The seasonal cocktail menu, crafted by award-winning bartender Gabe Sanchez, draws inspiration from unexpected cultural themes with past menus including creatively reimagined concepts. Live DJs and vibrant energy complement the bold cocktails and see-and-be-seen vibe. Reservations are strongly encouraged, with hours Tuesday through Wednesday 5:00 PM to midnight and Thursday through Saturday until 2:00 AM.
