Milk is Barcelona's pioneering brunch and tapas establishment, founded in 2005 by Rebecca and Paul in a historic space formerly home to a celebrated absinthe bar. The venue creates a healthy, lively atmosphere where guests feel at home from arrival, serving brunch daily from 9 AM to 4:30 PM with tapas nightly from 7 PM to midnight. The kitchen showcases globally-influenced cuisine using locally sourced produce and free-range eggs, with signature items including hollandaise eggs Benedict and a famous tapas ramen noodle burger. Beyond food, Milk offers craft beers and a wide array of cocktails including fabulous bloody marys, mimosas, mojitos, and caipirinhas.
