Rooftop Nine is an elevated cocktail bar and restaurant perched atop the INNSiDE by Meliá hotel in Sant Antoni de Portmany, offering 360-degree views over San Antonio Bay. The adults-only venue features a rooftop infinity pool, lounge seating, and sun beds complementing its cocktail and Mediterranean menu infused with Latin American flavors by chef Mauricio Giovanini.
