Silver Lyan is an award-winning cocktail bar housed in the lower level of Riggs Washington DC, uniquely situated within a historic bank building's former vault. This innovative venue represents the first bar outside Europe from renowned mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana and emphasizes the notion of exchange through creative experimentation.
