Tell Camellia is a tea-inspired cocktail bar that blends traditional tea ceremony practices with contemporary craft mixology in Central's H Code complex. Opened in 2019 and ranked 23rd in Asia's 50 Best Bars, the intimate venue features contemporary design with Japanese elements, deep green walls, and warm lighting creating a sophisticated atmosphere. The bar's dual menu—Teatails with tea-infused original cocktails themed by origin, and T-Tonics featuring in-house redistilled gin blends—showcases bartenders expertly infusing complex tea flavours into cocktails using modern techniques. Founded by bar veterans Sandeep Hathiramani and Gagan Gurung, Tell Camellia celebrates the story and versatility of the Camellia plant through innovative drinks that prioritise flavour exploration and cultural storytelling.
