A hidden champagne room serves bubbles via trolley alongside caviar and oysters, while live entertainment features saxophonists, magicians, snake charmers, and DJs. The snack menu, a collaboration with Quay chef Camille Saint-M'leux, includes gourmet offerings like prawn cocktail with mustard foam and truffle bechamel croque monsieur.
