The Grass Skirt

The Grass Skirt is a tiki-themed speakeasy and restaurant located in Pacific Beach, designed by renowned designer Davis Krumins to transport guests to an eternal sunset through theatrical effects and fire features. The bar combines traditional tiki elements with upscale hospitality, offering ample booth seating and an immersive escape from everyday life. The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Brian Redzikowski, features Southeast Asian cuisine and an extensive cocktail program including signature drinks like the Lava & Ice and Painkiller. The venue operates a Rum Club membership program, hosts an annual all-inclusive Tiki Luau with live entertainment, and offers private event capabilities alongside a merchandise shop featuring tiki mugs and branded apparel.
