The Social Den

The Social Den is a modern tiki bar offering a fusion of tropical cocktails with Polynesian and Cantonese cuisine. Located on the 9th floor of The Loop in Central Hong Kong, the bar features luxurious tropical aesthetics with copper and gold accents, glossy teal marble countertops, and comfortable orange barstools. Founded by Filipino mixologists Joe Villanueva and Bryson Rivera, the venue serves thoughtfully crafted cocktails enhanced with Chinese liquor bases and exotic fruit flavors. The food menu, created by chef Moi Garcia, includes distinctive dishes such as char siu pork neck with mangosteen chutney vinaigrette and crispy zucchini chips with salted egg aioli. Weekend entertainment includes trop-house music and DJ performances, creating an upscale tropical atmosphere.
