ZZURA

ZZURA is a contemporary Middle Eastern-themed cocktail bar located on the second floor of Amber Lodge on Hollywood Road in Central Hong Kong. Named after Zerzura, a mythical white city believed to lie in the Sahara, the bar is designed with clean, minimal aesthetics in desert hues. The signature cocktail menu draws inspiration from exotic spices and fruits that have traveled through the Middle East, with standout offerings including the Saffron Milk Punch with rum, saffron, pineapple and masala tea, the Tabib Shepherd combining turmeric gin and clarified mango juice, and the Big Fig whisky sour with fig jam. The Date Me Fashioned reimagines a classic Old Fashioned with date-infused rum and house coffee bitters. Operating Tuesday through Thursday from 4pm to midnight and Friday through Saturday from 5pm to 2am, ZZURA offers an evocative journey through Middle Eastern flavors.
